The first step to register yourself is to download the AlphaPay APP at Google Play or App Store. Have your ID ready either your ID card or Passport and the APP will guide you through.
After you have registered our Back office will review your registration and within 24 hours get back to you if anything is missing.
If everything is ok then you will get an email confirming that you are approved for account opening.
Then through the Mobile AlphaPay APP you can open the account.
From here on in your an AlphaPay customer and you can start using all of our cost effective payment services and FX conversion both on the mobile APP and through the Online Applcation.

The Corporate account opening in part is similar to a personal account opening whereby you have to download the AlphaPay App on App Store or Google play and the company's representatives can identify themeselves through the AlphaPay APP.
Once the BackOffice has approved the individual then you can start to do the Corporate account opening.
To register a company you need to use the online portal with the information you recieved when you registered yourself.
Register the company on the online portal and then upload the required documents in English or translated to english like the Articles of Incorporation and Company Registry extract.
The Backoffice team will open the account if all documents are in order or will contact you for the missing information. Once opened you can use the AlphaPay App or the Online Portal to make cost effective payments and recieve payments and do FX conversions at great rates.
